Three enthusiasts from the vibrant Black Sea city of Varna, including Yasen Kachinski, established BG Leads Ltd., an online aggregator offering price comparison for civil liability insurance.
The rapid growth of BG Leads attracted the attention of several insurance brokers. Broker Ins acquired a majority stake.
The aggregator was rebranded to 24ins.bg and the new company Broker Ins Online was established.
Created Sales Module and CRM Module to improve customer service as well as Insurance Product Management Module for easy launch of new products on the market
Packaged all 3 modules under the brand name InsInCloud, a complete solution tool for online sales of insurance products and the first complete version of our insurance software.
Built the first version of Retailers Box and Employee Benefits Module delivered to Broker Ins.
IS BORN
The predecessors of INSY platform was born. Initial focus on insurance product configuration and digitalization delivered to Bulstrad VIG.
Established the spin-off INSYGLOBAL Ltd. holding INSY IP rights.
